本周稀土市場鐠釹價格價格小幅下跌，鏑鐵鋱價格相對穩定。亞洲金屬網價格:鐠釹金屬319-324元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1240-1270元/KG，鋱金屬價格3550-3650元/KG。

This week the rare earth market price of PrNd has a slight decline, while the price of DyFe and Tb metal is relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend present as: PrNd 319-324RMB/KG, DyFe 1240-1270RMB/KG, Tb metal 3550-3650RMB/KG.

近日舉行的第八屆中國包頭·稀土產業（國際）論壇中，包頭市稀土產業轉型升級投資基金成立。

Recently the 8th China Baotou International Rare Earth Forum is held and the investment fund for transformation and upgrading of Baotou rare earth industry has been established.

近年來，針對稀土行業企業多小散、產能過剩嚴重等問題，國家出臺多項措施加快稀土產業轉型升級，稀土產業發展環境有所向好，產業布局更趨合理。不過，中國工程院院士、中國稀土行業協會會長干勇認為，國內新材料產業對標。他說，中國的材料優勢資源里，但其產品比例偏低，因此建立完整的中國新材料標準體系，融入的體系。

In recent years, focusing on the problems in rare earth industry such as small-size enterprises, severe overcapacity, the government had introduced a number of measures to speed up the rare earth industry transformation and upgrading and the rare earth industry development environment becomes better as well as more reasonable industrial distribution. Besides, Mr Gan Yong, the academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and president of China's rare earth industry association, think that the domestic new material industry should compare with the international standard. He also mentioned that rare earth is one of the biggest advantage in Chinese material resources but with low percentage in high-end products, therefore, we should establish the complete Chinese new material standard system and integrate into the international high-end system.

業內人士表示，此次成立的包頭市稀土產業轉型升級投資基金，是內蒙古自治區設立的專門扶持稀土產業的發展基金，對于加快推動我國稀土產業發展將發揮重要作用；18項標準的發布則有利于加快行業科技創新、搶奪國際話語權。

Insider indicate that the investment fund for transformation and upgrading of Baotou rare earth industry is the initial investment fund established in Inner Mongolia autonomous region which dedicated to support the development of rare earth industry, which will play an important role in promoting the rare earth industry development in China. The publish of 18 standard will help to speed up the industry technology innovation and strengthen international discourse right.

在此次論壇上，科技部科技評估中心主任王瑞軍發布并宣讀了稀土行業18項標準，其中包括5項國家標準、3項行業標準、10項企業標準，涵蓋了技術標準、產品標準、工藝、檢測實驗方法等方面。

In this forum, Mr Wang Ruijun, the director of the science and technology evaluation center has published and announced the 18 standard in rare earth industry, which includes five national standards, three industry standards, 10 enterprise standard, and they have covered many aspects such as technical standard, product standard, technology and inspection method, etc.

王瑞軍表示，技術標準是科技成果的載體和延伸，標準化水平不僅是衡量一個企業核心競爭力的重要指標，也是衡量一個行業乃至一個國家核心競爭力的重要指標。“我們相信，稀土領域一系列技術標準的研發運用，將有利于保障稀土領域科技創新和產業發展在"十三五"期間邁上一個新臺階。"

Mr Wang Ruijun also indicate that the technical standard is the carrier and extension of scientific and technological achievements and standardization level is not only an important index of measuring the core competitiveness of enterprise but also important index of measuring the core competitiveness of industry or even a country. We believed that the research and development of a series of technical standards in rare earth industry will help to guarantee the technology innovation and industrial development move to a new level during “thirteen five-year plan" period.
