1.重要新聞簡報Briefing of Important News

本周稀土市場價格鐠釹小幅上漲，鏑鐵和鋱價格相對穩定。亞洲金屬網價格: 鐠釹金屬356-359元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1220-1240元/KG，鋱金屬價格3950-4000元/KG。

This week the price of PrNd metal had increased slightly while DyFe and Tb kept relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal at the weekend presented: PrNd: 356-359RMB/KG, DyFe: 1220-1240RMB/KG, Tb Metal: 3950-4000RMB/KG.

海關統計數據表明，2017年2月中國稀土出口量增價跌。價格跌幅較大，初步認為是該月重稀土的出口比率較小。2017年2月中國稀土出口3293噸，同比微增1.6%，平均價格 6.1美元/公斤，同比下跌30.7%。2017年1-2月出口量為7865噸，同比增長9.8%，增幅較去年明顯回落。2016年1-2月中國稀土出口7206噸，同比增長105.4%。

According to the data from General Administration of Customs, the quantity of China rare earth export in Feb. 2017 had decreased while the price dropped. Price drop is larger, preliminary speculate that is because of heavy rare earth export ratio in this month is small. In Feb. 2017, China rare earth export is 3,293 tons, slightly increased 1.6% year-on-year; the average price is 6.1USD/kg, decreased 30.7% year-on-year. During Jan. 2017 to Feb.2017, total exported rare earth 7,865 tons, increased 9.8% year on year, the growing rate decreased obviously than last year. China rare earth export in Jan. 2016 and Feb. 2016 is 7,206 tons, increased 105.4% year on year.

從2014-2017年近4年1-2月份的數據比較分析，2015年1-2月中國稀土出口量明顯下降，反襯2016年1-2月出口量同比增幅較大，因而2017年1-2月出口量增幅表現為明顯下降，也反映出口量回歸正常。

From 2014 to 2017, nearly four years data comparison analysis of Jan. and Feb., China's rare earth exports decreased obviously in Jan. and Feb. 2015, in contrast Jan. and Feb. 2016 export growth rate is larger, therefore the export growth performance decreased obviously in 2017, reflect exports returning to normal.

2.業內人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

今日稀土市場大體持穩運行，鐠釹本周持貨商再次提價后，成量略顯不足。下游人士多認為需求未好轉，鐠釹繼續上漲缺乏有效動力。短期內將在上游持堅報價和下游觀望的氣氛中僵持為主。

Today's rare earth market generally running steady, PrNd on hand suppliers rose pricing again this week, trading volume slightly inadequate. Downstream thinks the demand hasn't been improved, PrNd is hard to continue rising because lack of the effective motivation. In the short term it will be mainly in upstream holding firm quotation and downstream wait-and-see stalemate.

今日稀土市場SMM主流報價如下，氧化鐠主流廠家含稅價340,000-345,000元/噸，氧化釹 272,000-275,000元/噸，金屬釹34.5-35.5萬元/噸，氧化鐠釹主流廠家含稅270,000-273,000元 /噸，鐠釹金屬主流廠家含稅價358,000～362,000元/噸。金屬鋱主流廠家含稅價3950-4000元/千克。氧化鏑主流廠家含稅121-122萬元/噸，鏑鐵廠家含稅價123-125萬元/噸。

SMM mainstream today offer as follows, Pr oxide mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 340,000-345,000 RMB/ton, Nd oxide 272,000-275,000 RMB/ton, Nd metal 345,000-35,5000 RMB/ton, Ndoxide mainstream manufacturers tax –included price is 270,000-273,000 RMB/ton, PrNd metal mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 358,000-362,000 RMB/ton. Tb metal mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 3,950-4,000 RMB/kg. Dy oxide mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 1,210,000-1,220,000 RMB/ton, DyFe tax-included price is 1,230,000-120,000 RMB/ton.
