本周稀土市場行情鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價格普遍趨于平穩，基本與上周價格持平。亞洲金屬網價格:鐠釹金屬價格423-433元/KG (19日上海有色，430-440元/KG)，鏑鐵合金價格1170-1200元/KG (19日上海有色，1195-1210元/KG)，金屬鋱價格4000-4050元/KG (19日上海有色，3950-4100元/KG)

This week, the rare earth market for PrNd，DyFe and Tb tends to be stable, prices are basically the same as last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presents: PrNd 423-433 RMB/KG(Shanghai Nonferrous Metals, 430-440 RMB/KG in Jan.19th）, DyFe 1170-1200 RMB/KG (Shanghai Nonferrous Metals, 1195-1210 RMB/KG in Jan.19th）and Tb 4000-4050 RMB/KG (Shanghai NonferrousMetals, 3950-4100 RMB/KG in Jan.19th）.

稀土報價暫穩，市面貿易商有意再抬價，但廠家態度傾向平穩。氧化鐠釹主流含稅報價33萬-34萬/噸，鐠釹金屬主流含稅報價42.5萬-43.5萬/噸。采購多表態年底剛需補倉計劃量少，對于大肆宣揚詢盤成大增的說法持保留或懷疑態度。（富寶資訊馬雷）

Rare earth prices remain temporary stable for the time being, the market traders have the intention to increase prices further, but mining companies would like to keep prices steady. The mainstream PrNd tax-included oxide quote is 330,000-340,000/ton, the mainstream PrNd metal tax-included quote is 425,000-435,000/ton. Most of the procurement people say that only small volume needs to fill in the warehouse, they are skeptical about the statement that there is a large increase in the number of inquiries. 為進一步推動稀土行業秩序整頓工作，加強部門間協同，工信部16日在京組織召開稀有金屬部際協調機制工作會。工業和信息化部副部長辛國斌在會上表示，要不斷完善稀有金屬立法、稀土專用發票等管理制度，研究完善年度生產總量控制計劃的調整依據和辦法，全行業和各企業應將保持稀土產品市場價格穩定作為一要務，避免價格大起大落。稀土大集團要負起責任，發揮行業主導作用，共同維護市場秩序，加快內部企業實質性整合，關閉、淘汰、轉產一批過剩分離產能，做實做精自身產業，實現把控、統一運作。

To further promote the rectification of the rare earth industry order, and strengthen the coordination between departments, MIIT organized a coordination mechanism meeting of Rare Metals on Jan 16th in Beijing. Xin Guobin, Deputy Minister of MIIT, required at the meeting, to continuously improve the legislation of rare metals, rare earth special invoices and other management systems, to research and improve the adjustment basis and methods of the annual production control plan, the whole industry and enterprises should keep rare earth market price stable and take it as the first priority, to avoid price fluctuations. The rare earth groups should really take the responsibility, play their leading role in the industry, and jointly maintain the market order, speed up the substantive integration of internal enterprises, close, eliminate, turn over a number of excess separation capacity, do solid and fine in their own industry, to achieve a comprehensive control and unified operation.
