本周稀土市場行情鐠釹,鏑鐵和鋱價格與上周基本一致，價格保持平穩。亞洲金屬網價格: 鐠釹金屬價格418-428元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1180-1210元/KG，金屬鋱價格4050-4100元/KG。

This week, prices of PrNd, DyFe and Tb in the rare earth market are similar as last week and keep stable. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 418-428RMB/KG, DyFe 1180-1210 RMB/KG and Tb Metal 4050-4100 RMB/KG.

n 目前，黑斯廷斯科技金屬有限公司正在西澳Gascoyne地區的Yangibana開發一座稀土礦和加工廠，加工廠預計可在2020年一季度投產。公司已建成選礦和濕法冶金試驗廠，目前正在生產富含釹和鐠的混合稀土碳酸鹽樣品，這些是生產磁鐵和其他技術應用所需的關鍵材料。混合稀土碳酸鹽樣品運到澳大利亞海外后，可進一步分離精煉，生產出多種單一的稀土氧化物，據估計每年可生產15000噸混合稀土碳酸鹽。黑斯廷斯科技金屬有限公司未來為永磁行業提供的釹鐠，目前，測量資源量、指示資源量和推斷資源總計為2,100萬噸，可能級的礦石儲量總量為515萬噸，到2018年底還會增加250萬噸。

The processing plant is expected to be put into production in the first quarter of 2020. The company has built a mineral processing and hydrometallurgical test plant and is currently producing a mixture of rare earth carbonate rich in Nd and Pr. These are the key materials for the production of permanent magnets and other technical applications. After the mixed rare earth carbonate samples are transported to overseas, it can be further separated and refined to produce a variety of single rare earth oxides. It is estimated that 15,000 tons of mixed rare earth carbonate can be produced annually. In the future Hastings Technology Metals Limited will provide Nd and Pr for the permanent magnet industry. At present, the total amount of measured resources, indicated resources and inferential resources is 21 million tons, the total amount of possible ore reserves is 5.15 million tons, and will increase by 2.5 million tons by the end of 2018.

n 5月3日，從廣東省清遠市陽山縣人民檢察院獲悉，公安機關成功逮捕了一名在陽山縣盜采稀土礦造成礦產資源損失過千萬的犯罪嫌疑人，有效保護了陽山縣生態環境和礦產資源。經廣東省國土資源廳鑒定非法采礦、破壞性采礦造成礦產資源破壞價值委員會依法鑒定，直到被國土部門查處之日為止，該非法開采礦點已破壞稀土礦礦石量102215噸（稀土氧化物120.61噸），造成礦產資源破壞價值人民幣1085.49萬元。
