本周稀土市場行情，鐠釹、鏑鐵及鋱價格繼續保持平穩，與上周持平。亞洲金屬網周價格: 鐠釹金屬價格410-420元/KG （上海有色，410-420元/KG），鏑鐵合金價格1160-1180元/KG （上海有色，1160-1180元/KG），金屬鋱價格3880-3930元/KG（上海有色，3900-3950元/KG）。

7月30日，自然資源部、工信部聯合發布關于下達2018年度稀土礦鎢礦開采總量控制指標的通知。為保護和合理開發優勢礦產資源，按照保護性開采特定礦種管理相關規定，2018年繼續對稀土礦實行開采總量控制。

On July 30, Ministry of Natural Resources and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued a circular of controlling index for total tungsten ore production in rare earth mines in 2018. In order to protect and rationally develop the mineral resources, the total amount of rare earth mining is being controlled continuously in 2018 according to the regulations on the management of specific mining types under protective mining.

2018年度全國稀土礦（稀土氧化物REO）開采總量控制指標為120000噸，其中離子型（以中重稀土為主）稀土礦指標19150噸，巖礦型（輕）稀土礦指標100850噸。

The total amount control index of the national rare earth ore (rare earth oxide REO) is 120000 tons in 2018, of which the ionic (medium heavy rare earth mainly) rare earth ore index is 19150 tons, and the rock type (light) rare earth ore index is 100850 tons.

近5年來，稀土礦開采總量控制指標變化幅度不大。自2014年起，全國稀土礦開采總量控制指標為105000噸，其中離子型稀土礦指標17900噸，巖礦型（輕）稀土礦指標87100噸，這三個數據一直到2017年均保持不變。

In the recent 5 years, the control index of total amount of rare earth ore changed little. Since 2014, the total amount of rare earth mine in China has been controlled to 105000 tons, including 17900 tons of ionic rare earth ore and 87100 tons of rock type (light) rare earth ore, and these three data remain unchanged until 2017.
