This week, the rare earth market has seen a slight increase in the prices of PrNd, Nd metal and DyFe alloy, while Tb metal has experienced a significant price surge. Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 515-518 RMB/KG; Nd metal 530-535 RMB/KG; DyFe alloy 1590-1610 RMB /KG; Tb metal 8650-8750 RMB /KG.

This week (Mar. 10^th to Mar. 14^th), driven by pre-holiday stockpiling activities and corporate tenders, prices of mainstream rare earth products generally trended upward, with improved market liquidity and modest increases in both trading volume and transaction prices. PrNd metal products showed a pattern of initial stability followed by steady gains, while DyTb products attracted strong bullish sentiment due to export control policies. However, end-user enterprises maintained cautious procurement strategies, primarily replenishing inventories based on immediate needs. Currently, short-term supply of low-priced materials has tightened, resulting in a noticeably wait-and-see market atmosphere.
