本周稀土市場行情，鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價格有小幅下降。亞洲金屬網價格: 鐠釹金屬價格357-362元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1520-1540元/KG，金屬鋱價格4370-4420元/KG。

This week, prices of PrNd, DyFe and Tb decreased slightly. Price from Asian Metal at the weekend presented: PrNd metal 357-362 RMB/KG, DyFe 1,520-1,540 RMB/KG and Tb metal 4,370-4,420 RMB/KG.

據海關數據顯示，2019年10月，中國稀土出口3639.2噸，環比增加1.92%，出口額2億元。2019年1-10月，中國累計出口40037.2噸，同比去年的43079.6噸下滑7.1%。稀土出口總額26億元，同比去年的27.9億元下滑6.9%。

According to data of customs, China has exported 3639.2 tons of rare earth with amount of 200 million Yuan in October, with increase of 1.92% year on year. China has exported 40037.2 tons from January to October, with decrease of 7.1% comparing to 43079.6 tons of last year. The total export amount is 2.6 billion, with decrease of 6.9% comparing with 2.79 billion of last year.

本周稀土產品價格多數維持偏弱穩定狀態，氧化鐠釹等鐠釹系價格較前期跌勢有所企穩，市場需求維持偏弱狀態，大廠報價相對堅挺，低價出貨意愿較低，周內鐠釹系價格降幅有限。中重稀土方面，氧化鏑和氧化鋱價格有所企穩并隨著市場需求增加小幅上揚，尤以氧化鏑價格上漲幅度更為明顯，氧化鏑受市場需求回暖加之大廠報價較為堅挺影響，周內價格有所企穩并有明顯的回升。

Most of the prices of rare earth products remained weak and stable this week. The price of PrNd oxide and its series remained stable comparing with the previous period. The market demand remained weak. The price of large manufacturers was relatively firm, and the willingness to ship at low prices was low. It was hardly to get decreasing price of PrNd series this week. In terms of medium and heavy rare earths, the prices of Dy oxide and Tb oxide kept stabilized and increased slightly with the increase in market demand, especially the increase in the price of Dy oxide. The increase in the price of Dy oxide was more strongly affected by the market demand and price stabilization of Dy oxide and Tb oxide in this week.

上海有色認為目前市場宏觀消息面對市場信心影響較小，市場產品價格主要受到供給和需求等基本面影響。2019年稀土二批指標下達，輕稀土方面指標量有所增加，預計后續氧化鐠釹等輕稀土產品價格受供應增多下游需求總體一般偏弱影響將維持偏弱穩定運行。中重稀土方面，混合碳酸稀土礦進口逐漸恢復正常，中重稀土供應較緊局勢有所緩和，但綜合回收及貿易商掌握貨源有限，大廠報價將對堅挺，預計若需求回落主流中重稀土價格將維持偏弱穩定狀態。（上海有色網）
