本周稀土市場行情，鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱的價格小幅上漲。亞洲金屬網周末價格: 鐠釹金屬價格362-367元/KG，金屬釹價格370-375元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1750-1770元/KG，金屬鋱價格4750-4800元/KG。

This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb increase slightly. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 362-367RMB/KG, Nd metal 370-375RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1,750-1,770RMB/KG and Tb metal 4,750-4,800RMB/KG.

On Feb. 19, the Chinese government issued a notice saying the rare earth production quota for the first half year of 2020 will be increased by 10% from a year earlier. According to a notice from the Ministry of natural resources and the ministry of industry and information technology, the production quota for the first rare earth mine in 2020 is 66,000 tons, equivalent to 50 % of the total quota of 132,000 tons last year. That is up from 60,000 tons in the first half of 2019. The notice did not mention quotas for the smelting and separation of rare earth minerals into materials available to manufacturers. 本周稀土行業整體復工率繼續擴大，疫情影響逐漸緩和，物流情況也有所好轉。輕稀土鐠釹漲勢暫停有所回落，重稀土鏑鋱漲勢趨緩保持穩定。年后鐠釹產品先漲后落，而隨著鐠釹金屬庫存增長，下游消化不及，鐠釹隨即表現出小幅回落。

鏑鋱產品漲勢趨緩，主要因為價格拉漲過快而下游初現抵觸，且南方企業陸續復產。而緬甸稀土供給并未有明顯變化，供給端長遠的下降預期也未改變，加上對后續重稀土政策利好的預期，鏑鋱依然保持現有的漲幅。
