■.本周稀土市場金屬價格持續上漲。亞洲金屬網價格:鐠釹金屬333-338元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1280-1310元/KG，鋱金屬價格3080-3180元/KG。

This week the price of rare earth metal keeps rising. Prices from Asian Metal at weekend present: PrNd: 333-338RMB/KG, DyFe: 1280-1310RMB/KG, Tb Metal: 3080-3180RMB/KG.

2. 業內人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

今年以來，全國有色金屬價格出現較大幅度上漲。市場監測數據顯示，2016年4月，全國大宗商品價格指數(CCPI)中，有色類比今年初上漲8.1%。進入5月份后，全國有色金屬價格繼續高位運行。重要有色金屬品種中，今年5月初與去年3季度低點相比，國內期貨銅主力合約價格大約上漲15%，鎳價格大約上漲16%；鋁價格則上漲30%左右。國內鎢精礦價格從去年12月底開始反彈，現今價格漲幅也接近3成。其它有色金屬及冶煉原料價格也都有程度不同上漲。預計今年全國主要有色金屬平均價格高出上年水平的概率越來愈大。

This year, the national non-ferrous metal prices rise significantly. Market monitoring data shows that in April 2016, non-ferrous from the China commodity price index (CCPI) has increased 8.1% compared to early this year. After entering in May, the national non-ferrous metal prices keep on a high level. Compared the prices of important non-ferrous metals from early may this year to the low point of third quarter last year, the main domestic copper futures contract price has risen about 15%, nickel about 16%, and aluminum 30%. Domestic concentrate tungsten price has rebounded since the end-December last year, its increase is now close to 30%. Other non-ferrous metals and smelting raw materials prices also have increase on different levels. It is expected that the average prices of main non-ferrous metals will be more and more probably higher than the previous year.

雖然此輪有色金屬價格漲勢有些猛烈，但總體來看，仍然屬于合理回歸。其依據主要有：一是價位超低反彈。推動此輪有色金屬價格上漲的主要因素，在于前期價格下降過多，普遍跌破其中位成本，致使相關企業盈利急劇縮水，甚至出現嚴重虧損。　二是仍然屬于歷史相對低位。雖然今年以來有色金屬價格漲幅較大，但比去同期依然下降。

This round of non-ferrous metal price increase is quite swift, however, overall it is still a reasonable rebound. Main reasons: first it's a rebound at ultra-low point. The most important factor of this round price increase is because previous prices fell too much and are commonly below its average cost, which results sharp profit decrease at relevant companies, even with heavy losses; second prices are still at historical relative low point. Although since this year non-ferrous metal prices has a large increase, but still decline compared to the same period last year.

既然當前及今后有色金屬價格，因為投機旺盛而過快、過多上漲，不利于中國經濟，那么就需要我們在堅持經濟穩增長的同時，強化有色金屬市場運行監管，尤其是要抑制其中的投機炒作泡沫，防范其過快、過多地偏離合理水平。現在國內監管部門已經出手，相關商品期貨交易所相繼出臺監管和降溫措施，如提高交易手續費、增加保證金、打擊高頻交易等，這些都是十分必要的。

Since the too fast and too much price increase of non-ferrous metals at present and in the future caused by speculation is not conducive to China's economy, we need to insist on a steady economic growth, and at the same time strengthen the non-ferrous metal market monitoring, especially to curb the speculation bubble, to prevent its too fast and too much deviation from reasonable level. Domestic regulators have stepped in and related commodity futures exchanges have issued regulations and cooling measures, such as raising transaction fees, increasing the margin, hit the high-frequency trading, etc., which are very necessary.
