本周稀土市場金屬價格持續上漲。亞洲金屬網價格:鐠釹金屬345-350元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1340-1370元/KG，鋱金屬價格3500-3600元/KG。

This week all the prices of rare earth materials continuously increase. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend present: PrNd 345-350 RMB/KG, DyFe 1340-1370RMB/KG and Tb metal 3500-3600RMB/KG.

2016年4月，中國稀土的出口量為3696 噸，較去年同期增長47.5%，環比下滑14.9%；出口平均單價為6.0 美元/千克，較去年同期下降49.4%，環比下降16.7%。2016年1-4月，中國稀土的出口總量為15292 噸，同比增長90.1%；平均出口價格為7.2 美元/千克，同比下降40.1%。

In April 2016, the export volume of Chinese rare earth was 3696tons which increased 47.5% compared to the same period of last year and fell 14.9% from the QOQ data. The average export unit price was 6.0USD/KG which decreased 49.4% compared to the same period of last year and fell 16.7% from the QOQ data. From January to April 2016, the total export volume of Chinese rare earth was 15292tons which increased 90.1% and average export unit price was 7.2USD/KG which decreased 40.1% compared to the same period of last year.

稀土價格反彈加速后市存進一步漲價空間

Rapidly rebound on rare earth prices and big space in further price increase

資訊獲悉，商儲對稀土市場的影響逐步加大，10日稀土價格繼續上行，且漲價有加速跡象。目前氧化鐠釹報價31至31.5萬元/噸，氧化鏑報價130至132萬元/噸，本輪反彈部分品種高漲幅已近20%。

According to the current information, the influence in rare earth market of business purchase and storage has been gradually increased. On May 10th, the rare earth price continuously increased with the sign of accelerating rise. The quoted price at present of PrNd oxide is 310,000RMB/T-315,000RMB/T and Dy oxide is 1,300,000RMB/T-1,320,000RMB/T, which shows that the highest amount of increase for partly varieties has reached around 20%.

業內人士認為，目前各商家對稀土市場的后期運行仍持樂觀情緒，惜售心理明顯，在收儲等因素的持續發酵下，稀土價格存在進一步上漲空間。此前券商研報認為，此輪商儲加國儲，預計總量在2萬噸左右，約占2015年產量近20%。按照近幾年情況來看，2012年收儲使得稀土主流品種價格上漲40%至不等。

分析師張偉在接受《中國產經新聞》記者采訪時表示，“此次稀土價格上漲一方面是商業收儲，另一方面是企業惜售造成的。雖然目前價格有所反彈，但短期仍舊會有所反復。"

The insiders thought that currently the merchants are positively towards the later stage of rare earth market. The merchants are reluctant to sell out under the circumstance of purchase and storage which shows big space in further price increase. Previously the securities traders thought the total volume of business purchase & storage and national purchase & storage may reach 20,000tons which is almost 20% output in 2015. According to the situation in recent years, the purchase & storage in 2012 causes the rise of 40% to in rare earth mainstream varieties prices. The analyst Zhangwei said during the interview of CIEN that the reasons caused the rise in price were business purchase & storage and reluctant to sell out. Although the rare earth price has rebounded now but will still be fluctuated in short term.

長期以來，我國稀土行業一直受到私自開采的困擾，也就是所謂的“黑稀土"。張偉表示，稀土價格一直疲軟與“黑稀土"無法杜絕有著莫大的關系，私自開采造成了市場上嚴重的供大于求。隨著國家對于“黑稀土"的加大打擊力度和市場的逐漸回暖，雖然短期稀土價格仍舊會有反復，但從長期來看，價格溫和上漲是可期待的。

Over a long time, our rare earth industry is persecuted by mining without permission which is known as “illegal rare earth". Zhangwei said that the weak rare earth price has a great relationship with unstoppable “illegal rare earth" which causes the severe oversupply in the market. Along with the intensify strike against “illegal rare earth" and recovery of the market, although the rare earth price will still be fluctuated in short term, we can also expect a gently rising in long term.
