本周稀土市場稀土價格均有小幅上漲。亞洲金屬網價格:鐠釹金屬315-320元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1230-1260元/KG，鋱金屬價格3600-3650元/KG。

This week the price of rare earth market had a slight increase. The price at weekend from Asia metal presented as: PrNd 315-320 RMB/KG, DyFe 1230-1260 RMB/KG and Tb metal 3600-3650 RMB/KG.

2016年10月，中國稀土的出口量為3432 噸，較去年同期增長2.3% ，環比下滑6.6% ；出口平均單價為6.2 美元/千克，較去年同期下跌23.5% ，環比下跌20.5% 。2016年1-10月，中國稀土的出口總量為38435噸，同比增長43.7% ；平均出口價格為7.3 美元/千克，同比下跌35.5% 。

The exports of China rare earth of October 2016 were 3432 tons, an increase of 2.3% compared with the same period while a decrease of 6.6% compared with last month. Besides, the export average price was 6.2 USD/KG, a drop of 23.5% compared with the same period of last year and a fall of 20.5% compared with last month. Moreover, the exports of China rare earth from January to October of 2016 achieved 38435 tons, with a growth of 43.7% compared to the same period, while the export average price was 7.3 USD/KG, with a decline of 35.5% compared to the same period.

2.業內人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

部分稀土產品價格近日繼續上漲，金屬鐠釹、金屬釹報價再次上調，氧化鏑價格也有所攀升.

The price of some parts of rare earth products continues to go up recently and the price of PrNd metal as well as Nd metal rise again, moreover, the price of dysprosium oxide has an increase.

今日稀土市場持穩運行,上游盼漲心態不改，部分市場人士表示因對年底前收儲推進仍有一定期待，加之主流產品價格的確已跌至心理價位，惜售乃是不得已之舉。但下游采購商目前詢盤頻率增加者多，實際下手者少，詢盤增加的表象也給一部分供貨商造成了供應緊張的假象，實際供需對比程度要打個折扣才更接近真實情況。目前多方又進入觀望狀態，利好消息伏匿。

The price of rare earth market remains stable now and it is still expected to be risen by the upstream merchants. Some market participants still have a certain expectation of advancement on the purchasing & storage before the end of this year; as well as the price of mainstream products has fallen to psychological price level, as a result it has to be reluctant to sell out. However, the enquiries from downstream purchasers have an increase more while less actual turnovers. Besides, the image of these more increased enquiries had also created the false impression of short supply to some suppliers. Therefore the actual comparison of supply and demand has to be at a discount so that to be closer to its truth. At present multi parties have entered into the state of wait-and-see and positive news concealed.

數據顯示，目前金屬鐠釹報價為每噸31.8萬元至32.1萬元，氧化鏑為每噸121萬元至122萬元。另外，氧化鋱近期詢盤增加，商家報價開始上調，目前報價為每噸275萬元至280萬元，金屬鋱價格為每噸365萬元，后期價格仍有調漲空間。據了解，進入11月部分廠家開始檢修，上游產量將會相應減少，下游磁材等市場需求相對穩定。在企業限產保價以及收儲預期的推動下，稀土行業盈利水平有望改善。

Data has shown that the price of PrNd metal is 318000-321000 RMB/ton, and dysprosium oxide 1210000–1220000 RMB/ton. Besides, the enquiries of terbium oxide have increased recently and its price also starts to rise that is 2750000 -2800000 RMB/ton and Tb metal 3650000 RMB/ton from merchant quotations. While the prices still have space to rise in the future. According to the obtained information, some manufacturers began to maintenance since November that the upstream production would be reduced correspondingly as well as the demand for downstream of magnets would be relatively stable. Under the pushing of limited production price and purchasing & storage expectations, the profitability of rare earth industry is expected to be improved.
