本周稀土市場金屬價格均有小幅上漲。亞洲金屬網價格:鐠釹金屬317-322元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1230-1260元/KG，鋱金屬價格3700-3750元/KG。

This week the price of rare earth market had a slight increase. The price at weekend from Asia metal presented as: PrNd 317-322 RMB/KG, DyFe 1230-1260 RMB/KG and Tb metal 3700-3750 RMB/KG.

2.業內人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

11月份以來，陷于寒冬里的稀土市場終于迎來一股暖流。在經歷過前期的大幅殺跌以及近期利好不斷的多重刺激下，稀土行業也迎來階段性“拐點"。近期隨著銷量的日趨升溫，稀土價格進行了新一輪上揚。

The rare earth market into the hands of winter eventually ushered a warm current wander since November. And after a period of sharp fell as well as the recent positive multiple stimulation, the rare earth market also ushered in the stage of the “inflection point". Recently, with the increasing sales of heating up, the price of rare earth had a new round of rise.

由于國內經濟開始企穩回升，對稀土市場的回暖跡象漸顯。國家統計局公布，從環比看，10月份工業生產者出廠價格指數（PPI）上漲0.7%，漲幅比上月擴大0.2個百分點。其中，有色金屬冶煉和壓延加工業價格環比由降轉升，上漲1.5%，影響PPI環比上漲約0.1個百分點。

As the domestic economic is starting to rise, the rare earth market is also gradually recovering. Data issued by State Statistical Bureau, the PPI of November had increased 0.7%, a growth of 0.2% compared to last month. In addition, the price of non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry had increased 1.5%, leading to the PPI a month-on-month growth of 0.1%.

此輪稀土價格上揚來之不易。長期以來，我國稀土行業一直受到私自開采的困擾，也就是所謂的“黑稀土"。稀土價格一直疲軟與“黑稀土"無法杜絕有著莫大的關系，私自開采造成了稀土市場上嚴重的供大于求，導致稀土價格下滑。

It is not easy for the price of rare earth to recover. For quite long time, our rare earth industry had suffered from the trouble of mining without permission which was also called as “black rare earth", and that had led to the price always being weak. Furthermore, the mining without permission also caused the rare earth market being seriously oversupply and then led to the rare earth price decreased.

那么，此次稀土價格上揚，是短期反彈還是“拐點"？有分析認為，市場營造出價格上漲的氛圍，需求方可能會加大采購，勢必會有進一步上漲的可能。但現在看來供應還是在試水，能否出現價格“拐點"，還有待進一步觀察。

Meanwhile, for the rising rare earth price, is it the short-term rebound or turning point? From some analysis that, as the rare earth market was under the atmosphere of price rising, the demander would increase their purchase which certainly made the price a further rise. However, the supply is still not certain, whether the price can bring the turning point, there needs a further observe.

當然，隨著國家對于稀土整治的力度不斷加強，以及利好政策的出臺，未來稀土價格或能夠保持在一個較高的水平上。雖然短期稀土價格仍舊會有反復，但從長期來看，價格溫和上漲是可期的。

Of course, with the constantly strengthen of punishment for rare earth and the introduction of positive policy, the future price of rare earth would remain at a higher level. Although in short-term, the price of rare earth would continue to be repeated, but in the long run, it is still expected to increase moderately.
